Defense is just as important as attacking in Clash of Clans. Your COC base layout and defense strategies can protect your resources and trophies. Here are some of the best defense strategies for some early Town Hall COC levels.
TH7 And Below
At lower Town Hall COC levels, defenses are simple. But you can still set up a strong defense to stop enemies. You will not have much COC gems at this point.
Protect Your Mortars And Wizard Towers
Mortars and Wizard Towers are great at dealing splash damage. Splash damage hits multiple troops at once. Put these defenses in the center of your base. Surround them with other buildings. This way, they stay safe from enemy troops that target defenses.
Tips:
- Upgrade your splash defenses as soon as possible.
- Don’t put them too close together. Spread them out so they can cover more areas.
Use a Farming Base Layout
